1 Whisk or electric mixer

1 Baking pan (20x20 cm or 8x8 inch) -
1 Saucepan (for melting chocolate)
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g four
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Melt the dark chocolate and butter over a double boiler or in the microwave. Let it cool slightly
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy
Stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture
Sift in the flour and salt, then gently fold into the batter
Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20–25 minutes. The center should still be a little soft
Let it cool completely before cutting into squares
