Quick Creamy Garlic Pasta
Ingredients
- 200 g Spagetti
- 2 tbps olive oil extra virgin
- 1 cup heavy ceam
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant (don’t burn it!).
- Lower the heat and add the heavy cream. Stir and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce. Add a little pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if you like. Serve immediately!
